I was born and raised out of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City, Florida. Since I’ve lived in Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, and have now found myself in Colorado.
I came out here for self growth—I’ve found it.
Starting a Yoga Teacher Training turned my life around. I began practicing breathwork, meditation, and asana. After a couple years of teaching, I decided to begin training in Shamanism.
My main focus is to love myself & others to the fullest—to embody self-care, compassion, and nurturance. From that place I’m able to spread love & kindness to others.
My passion is to help you realize your truest nature and to live an awesome, blessed life.

SHAMAN
Shamanism is an ancient practice that creates a dance between ordinary and non-ordinary reality. Methods are used to invoke healing, wellbeing, and guidance. The shamanic journey helps to tune into dreamlike states and gather information from the subconscious. Through this, you also strengthen your autonomic nervous system—the “rest & digest” aspect of each one of us that promotes our ability to live awesome lives.
